Where do my fiat funds reside after I make the investment?
We work with North Capital (a registered broker-dealer) and funds reside in an escrow or custodial account maintained by North Capital. After the offering is closed, the funds are sent to the issuer.
Is there any risk associated with my investment?
Yes. All investments are risky and you may lose 100% of your principal. You must be careful and not invest more than you can theoretically afford to lose. You must review and agree with all of the legal disclosures applicable to an offering before you can invest.
Where do my crypto funds reside after I make the investment?
We work with Prime Trust, a charted Nevada trust company, to custody your crypto assets during the offering. Once the offering is finished, the funds are either sent directly to the issuer or exchanged for USD and then sent to the issuer.
